Health and Safety

Tench Groundworks take their Health & Safety responsibilities very seriously and ensure that all of their labour force are CSCS and CPCS (or equivalent) card holders. Training is carried out on a continual basis, according to our Training Plan, depending on what is needed for the projects that we are carrying out.
We employ an external Health & Safety advisor ‘Wenlock Health & Safety Limited’ to advise the Company on more specific issues.

Afficiated Bodies

We are active members of the Shropshire Construction Training Group, we meet quarterly and keep up to date with relevant Construction issues.
We are a member of Constructionline and are in the process of becoming CHAS registered.
